Our equipment includes 60'' wide Mimaki and Encad plotters, using both dye and solvent inks. Large-scale laminating equipment for permanent mounting onto various substrates is also available.

Our expertise at Inergi includes precision, router-cut letterforms, on one of our two, large-bed, Gerber computer routing tables, employing a wide variety of materials such as Plexiglas, expanded PVC, industry-standard sign-foam, aluminum, and assorted woods. Appropriate materials and finishes are always incorporated, as well as fastening methods, based on location (especially if used in an outdoor environment) and UV stability. These materials can be layered-up for varying thicknesses and dimensional effects and can even be custom-painted in our automotive paint booth, to perfectly match a specified hue. Inergi can supply mounting templates that correspond to these router-cut elements to assist in precision placement of the graphics, which is crucial to logo and letterform presentation.
